In addition to many community service opportunities, we also offer a hearty camaraderie. At the same time we sponsor a JROTC Scholarship program that makes a difference in the lives of our potential future leaders.

NEW MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS
Click on the link directly below and you will be presented with a fillable New Membership Application. Type in the required information:

When complete, save the form on your computer and email the saved file to: comoaa-admin@bendbroadband.com.
Note: if for some reason you are unable to open or save this form, let us know and we will send you a form in PDF format ( comoaa-admin@bendbroadband.com). This form is fillable but you will not be able to save the completed form unless you have special PDF software. You will have to PRINT the form and then SCAN and send via email to the above email address.

Your first year dues (initiation fee) are $20. You have two options for payment:
1. Personal Check for $20 made out to COMOAA. Send this check with your completed membership application to the above address.
2. PayPal: After emailing your membership application to the above email address, click on the PayPal Button below . Fill-in your full name in the space provided and click Buy Now and follow the instructions. There is a $1 service fee for PayPal. You will be charged a total of $21 using this method.
Once you have received confirmation of your membership (by email or by US Mail), you may register on the web site as a member. For instructions on web site registration, please refer to Web Site Registration Instructions under the Members Link. Please be aware that you must be manually approved by the Web Master before you will have full access to the site. Approval may take 24 - 48 hours.
